Refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Item condition:
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return (steps):

  1. Email us at hi.roxanaoporto@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
We do not accept returns for special or customized orders.
We cannot accept returns of used items.

Refunds:
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
